After a truly punishing last few days (like when is black a "rich" black???), I am glad to announce that the Manifesto has finally gone gold Release To Manufacturing (RTM) via Lulu, CreateSpace and Kindle Direct. I'm more than a week late getting to this stage which is unfortunate, but given the six week lead time to reach the major ISBN indices it ought to make it at the latest by December 4th. That said, the Manifesto is already available for sale, right now, direct from Lulu (US$1.99 eBook, US$6.43 Pocket Size), CreateSpace (US$5.49 US Trade Size) and Kindle (US$1.99 eBook). Other eBook devices may take up until mid-November.
